- Sunshine Chicken Salad

- 1 package (1 oz.) unprepared Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch
- Salad Dressing Mix

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups cooked cubed chicken
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 and 1/2 cups seedless red grapes
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds

- Combine dressing mix, mayonnaise, yogurt and honey.
- Chill 30 minutes.
- Place remaining ingredients except almonds in a bowl.
- Toss with dressing. Sprinkle with almonds.
